Join Octave as a partner group practice to provide in-person and virtual therapy to adults managing stress, anxiety, and depression. Octave handles credentialing, billing, marketing, and referrals so your clinicians can focus on client care.

Requirements

• At least 3 fully licensed clinicians (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PsyD) in California
• Own office space for in-person sessions
• 1+ year post-license experience (2+ preferred)
• Training in CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments
• Master's degree from accredited school

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults with stress, anxiety, depression
• Use short-term, evidence-based approaches like CBT or DBT
• Offer culturally responsive care
• Conduct virtual and in-person sessions
