You'll review user-generated content to ensure platform safety and compliance for a global eCommerce platform, applying moderation guidelines consistently. Your work directly protects users and supports a high-quality online experience by identifying violations and escalating complex cases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and moderate user-generated content for policy compliance.
• Identify and flag hate speech, fraud, and misinformation.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior teams.
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks in content review.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in trust & safety or content review.
• Strong attention to detail for assessing large volumes of content.
• Ability to apply moderation guidelines consistently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
