You'll lead the development of AI agents for a vertical AI startup serving construction companies. You'll drive enterprise-grade AI products from discovery to launch. This role offers ownership of agentic AI features in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product initiatives end-to-end focusing on outcomes and real-world impact.
• Define product vision and strategy distilling user needs and priorities.
• Run discovery calls and mine support tickets to identify problem statements.
• Build and iterate on new capabilities from 0→1 ensuring fast learning cycles.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience delivering complex technical products.
• Experience building or launching AI-native or workflow automation products.
• Strong technical acumen to go deep with engineers on tactical decisions.
• High ownership mindset treating the product like it's yours and moving fast.

• Experience in enterprise or construction tech.
