You'll engage with telecom customers to identify operational pain points and deliver Service Order Management solutions. Your core impact is bridging business needs with product functionality to ensure successful OSS implementations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on process optimization
• Produce deliverables such as use-cases, solution designs, and gap analyses
• Lead requirements review and signoff with customer
• Support UAT process to improve user experience

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical knowledge around OSS solutions
• Strong telecom technologies background including IP Core, network backbone, Access network
• Proven business analysis experience, preferably in internet/software development
• Experience working with Agile methodology

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Service Catalog and Order Management
• Experience in transformation projects
• Fluent English
