You'll own the internal AI and data product portfolio and transformation roadmap at SiteMinder, the world's leading open hotel commerce platform. Your core impact is driving value realization across high-impact initiatives by partnering with business and engineering leaders. This role stands out as a unique opportunity to shape the AI and data strategy that powers 50,000 hotels in 150+ countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own internal data and AI portfolio, roadmap, and governance.
• Shape use cases into clear initiatives with defined value and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional governance and align priorities across teams.
• Drive change management and adoption for new AI and data capabilities.
• Lead and develop a small specialist team including Change Managers and AI Enablement Lead.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in data, analytics, or digital transformation at senior leadership level.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation portfolios focused on data or AI.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to drive process change enabled by technology.
• Experience owning internal platforms or products with clear adoption and business outcomes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product on go-to-market enablement for data and AI.
• Familiarity with modern cloud environments like AWS and Snowflake or Databricks.
• Strong change management and communication skills for tool and process shifts.
