💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical accounting compliance for acquired companies and assist in purchase price accounting and audit coordination for a mission-driven startup creating employee-owned businesses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess and implement US GAAP compliance for acquired companies.
• Lead quarterly and monthly review processes for accounting compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and network companies for audits.
• Review lease agreements and stock compensation plans under ASC 842.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 3-5 years of audit or accounting advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP including ASC 842 and ASC 606.
• Experience with writing accounting policy memos.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with NetSuite, OneStream, or LeaseAccelerator.
