💼 About This Role

You'll lead Ajax Systems' expansion in Thailand as Country Manager, driving growth for Europe's largest security manufacturer. You'll build the local team, develop go-to-market strategy, and close large-scale enterprise projects in electronic security. This role offers direct P&L responsibility and the chance to shape a new market entry for a company with 4 million+ users globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify new business opportunities and build enterprise pipeline through channel ecosystem
• Develop go-to-market strategy aligned with electronic security regional direction
• Lead local team to achieve and exceed sales targets ensuring market share growth
• Recruit, onboard, manage distributors and drive partner enablement programs

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years at managerial level in electronic security industry
• Experience working with regional or global security brands
• Strong network in security industry in Thailand market
• Proven experience as Country Manager or Sales Director in similar capacity
