Description

You will work under the direction of a licensed Engineer to design plumbing and fire protection systems for new construction and renovation projects in education, healthcare, corporate, and science sectors. You'll use Revit/BIM for modeling, assist with HVAC designs, review submittals, and support construction administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2+ years related experience
• Experience with Revit required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Perform designs of piping and equipment selection for Plumbing/Fire Protection systems
• Prepare Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings from schematic to construction administration
• Assist with HVAC designs and Revit/BIM modeling
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance
• Coordinate specific activities on project elements
