💼 About This Role

You'll join Workato's post-sales team to help customers adopt our integration platform for automation. You'll define best practices and drive value for enterprise clients. This remote role offers ownership and flexibility in a trust-oriented culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard new customers onto Workato's platform with technical consulting
• Gather integration requirements and lead solution design
• Share best practices for deployment models and governance
• Conduct post-onboarding health checks and optimizations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on solutions consulting experience
• Experience with Integration Platforms like Workato, MuleSoft, etc.
• Understanding of SDLC and integration development
• Knowledge of cloud-based deployments and monitoring

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday/NetSuite/Salesforce
• Knowledge of JS frontend and backend frameworks
• Experience with OEM or embedded SaaS solutions
