💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Deel's IT Sales Team to design tailored solutions for global IT equipment deployment and asset lifecycle management. You'll drive client demos and technical deep-dives while translating complex requirements into scalable configurations. This role offers access to cutting-edge global workforce IT solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Executives to uncover technical pain points in pre-sales cycles.
• Design and present tailored IT solution packages including device procurement and lifecycle management.
• Own demos, RFP responses, IT security reviews, and product deep-dives.
• Translate customer workflows into proposed configurations within Deel's IT platform.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales in SaaS/IT Asset Management/HR Tech.
• Strong understanding of IT procurement, device lifecycle management, or SaaS integrations.
• Comfort discussing APIs, data flows, and systems architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ROI clearly.

• Experience supporting enterprise clients in multi-country environments.
• Ability to build Excel-based tools for client solutions.
