💼 About This Role
You'll partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth in top biopharma accounts, owning renewal and outbound prospecting. You'll close smaller deals and learn the full enterprise sales motion from industry leaders. This role sits at the intersection of science and commercial strategy, helping researchers understand how Benchling accelerates R&D workflows.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own renewal and change order opportunities up to $75K iACV.
- Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls and sequenced emails.
- Serve as trusted advisor on customer R&D workflows.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities.
📋 Requirements
- Life science background (degree or sales experience in pharma/biotech).
- 1–3 years in Sales Development or Inside Sales role.
- Track record of high-volume outbound activity and conversion.
- Strong communication skills translating science to business value.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling into Top 20 Pharma or large biotech accounts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools.
- Exposure to scientific research workflows or lab software.
