Description

You will lead and perform aircraft interior removals, installation, and fabrication for VIP completions. You'll oversee uncertified mechanics, provide on-the-job training, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Lead aircraft interior removals, installation, and fabrication
• Oversee and co-sign for uncertified mechanics per RSM procedures
• Facilitate On-the-Job Training (OJT) and mentoring
• Ensure tasks comply with federal regulations and company policies
• Conduct crew meetings for work, safety, and quality communication
