You'll deliver 1:1 virtual coaching to senior professionals in fast-growing, tech-driven environments, helping them develop clarity, decision-making, and communication. Your core impact is empowering leaders to navigate complex challenges and build fulfilling careers, operating in a fully remote global coaching ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to senior professionals on leadership development
• Guide members through structured coaching conversations improving self-awareness and decision-making
• Participate in ongoing coach development and training programs
• Communicate with members between sessions via messaging tools
• Contribute to the coaching community by sharing tools and best practices

📋 Requirements

• 20+ years senior HR leadership experience at VP or C-suite level
• Strong background in leadership development, HR business partnering, or compensation
• Proven experience mentoring or coaching senior leaders
• Ability to commit 3-5 hours per week over 24+ months
