You'll lead a growing team of behavioral health providers at Clarity Pediatrics, a virtual pediatric chronic care startup. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and support a clinical team of psychologists and master's level providers.
• Collaborate with operations to align clinician schedules with patient needs.
• Lead process optimization to refine workflows, outcomes, and patient experience.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and facilitate group therapy as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master's-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• Active CA license with 7+ years post-licensure experience.
• 3+ years managing clinical teams, including scheduling, culture, and quality.
