Description

You will monitor the health of applications, networks, and systems for a global brokerage system, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, participate in post-incident reviews, and provide 2nd-level technical support. This role involves shift work during Hong Kong business hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, fluent in English
Bachelor's or apprenticeship in a technical discipline
Working knowledge of computing, networking, Linux OS and related technologies
Ability to analyze and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work day shifts including weekends and public holidays on rotation

Responsibilities

Monitor health of applications, networks, and systems
Analyze, troubleshoot, escalate and resolve operational issues
Participate in post-incident reviews with development and infrastructure teams
Provide internal 2nd-level technical support
Monitor batch scheduled jobs and troubleshoot delays or failures
