You'll build and manage a world-class influencer program for the NFL, focusing on expanding reach with Gen Z and young millennial audiences through creative deal structuring and social media moments. This role will shape fan expression and drive engagement during key League initiatives like Super Bowl and Draft.
π― What You'll Do
- Create and implement influencer talent marketing plans with cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain league database for influencers and talent in key verticals.
- Conceptualize and execute unique event activations and experiences.
- Leverage relationships to position NFL as tastemaker in influencer partnerships.
π Requirements
- 7+ years experience in managing external talent and influencer marketing.
- Proven ability to identify and engage emerging and established talent.
- Deep understanding of multicultural Gen Z and millennial consumer behavior.
- Experience in deal structuring and balancing talent needs with organizational goals.
