You will oversee day-to-day site management for construction at Starbase, TX, ensuring survey control, layout, and verification to enable Starship infrastructure. This role involves leading field crews, coordinating with engineering teams, and driving safety culture in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 4+ years professional land surveying experience supporting construction or industrial projects
• 2+ years leading/supervising survey crews or field teams
• Hands-on experience with construction layout, as-built surveys, and survey control

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management with focus on survey control, layout, and verification
• Lead field crews including schedules, priorities, quality control, and resource allocation
• Establish and verify horizontal and vertical control networks across construction sites
• Coordinate survey activities with engineering and construction teams
• Manage site logistics and enforce safety policies
