You'll build net new employer relationships in the semiconductors and electronics domain for a national nonprofit focused on tech training. You'll leverage your existing network to open doors and generate qualified hiring pipeline for entry-level tech talent.
π― What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify employer partners in assigned domain and region
- Leverage existing network to generate warm leads within 30 days
- Conduct discovery meetings to assess fit with graduate profiles
- Document activity and pipeline in HubSpot CRM
π Requirements
- 5+ years of business development or sales in semiconductors or electronics
- Proven track record of opening new accounts
- Existing book of contacts in the domain
- Comfort with consultative selling and CRM tracking
