💼 About This Role

You'll implement and operate the global edge, backbone, and data center network for high-performance compute clusters with GPUs. You'll lead operational excellence initiatives, mentor network engineers, and provide 24/7 on-call support for Crusoe Cloud.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor network performance and perform advanced troubleshooting
• Execute network changes across datacenters, backbone, and edge
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for network services
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for the Crusoe network

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of related experience operating at scale in production
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EVPN, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with major network devices (Mellanox, Cisco, Arista, Juniper)
• Familiar with data center, backbone, and edge network architecture

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with RDMA, Infiniband (IB), or RoCE
• Programming/scripting in Python, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
