You'll lead and scale the SDR organization at Snowflake, driving pipeline creation and evolving prospecting in an AI-enabled environment. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and scale SDR organization with 6-8 managers and their teams.
- Incorporate AI and automation to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Coach and develop SDR managers on leadership and performance.
- Build a data-driven performance culture using metrics and insights.
- Partner with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and ABM teams.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Development leadership experience managing managers.
- Track record of building high-performing SDR teams exceeding pipeline targets.
- Experience hiring and developing early-career sales talent.
- Data-driven approach to performance management and decision-making.
