You'll drive EDC device sales under the Oil & Gas vertical at Paytm. You will manage a field team, build channel relationships, and ensure growth in merchant onboarding. This role offers an opportunity to scale impact across millions of merchants.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a field sales team of 5+ members
• Drive EDC machine sales in oil & gas sector
• Build and maintain channel partner relationships
• Monitor daily productivity and target achievement

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in channel sales & distribution
• Proven experience leading field sales teams
• Knowledge of merchant onboarding and incentives
• Experience with EDC/POS device sales
