💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Tech leadership to identify and attract top-tier engineering talent, acting as a trusted talent advisor to the business. You'll own full-cycle recruitment for strategic software engineering roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation, while building long-term relationships with passive candidates.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build long-term relationships with key technical talent
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for passive candidates
  • Partner with senior leaders on hiring strategy and market mapping
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer close

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience at top-tier executive recruiting firms (e.g., True, Daversa, Riviera)
  • Proven track record scaling startups or high-growth companies
  • Based near NYC and able to work hybrid (in-office Tues/Thurs)
