Description

You will bridge the gap between design and high-volume production for advanced UAS platforms like Bolt, Ghost, and Anvil. You'll own manufacturing documentation, drive design-for-manufacturing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex production issues.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, math, or hard science.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or similar role.
• Experience with hardware manufacturing (machining, fabrication, assembly).
• Eligibility to obtain U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Experience with NX/Teamcenter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transition products from concept to full production with speed and scalability.
• Provide daily sustaining support and real-time problem-solving for mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Drive design for manufacturing best practices during development.
• Own manufacturing documentation such as MBOMs, work instructions, and process flows.
• Analyze metrics for continuous improvement in cost, quality, and capacity.
