💼 About This Role

You'll own the Shared Tech platform powering event bus, communications gateway, and modernization initiatives that enable every product team at Koalafi. Your work will directly impact developer velocity and platform reliability across the company. This role is ideal for a systems-minded PM who thrives on solving hard infrastructure problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive the roadmap for the Shared Tech platform
• Lead prioritization and facilitate tradeoffs with engineering and product stakeholders
• Align engineering leads and product teams on platform investments
• Conduct ongoing discovery with internal teams to surface needs and gaps
• Define success metrics and measurement plans for platform capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with platform or shared-services products
• Strong systems thinking with technical fluency to earn engineers' trust
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Experience using data and instrumentation to inform prioritization and evaluate platform investments

• Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated-industry engineering
• Strong passion for AI and LLMs and their potential to unlock efficiencies
