You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand access to virtual behavioral health treatment in the McAllen area. You'll build relationships with clinical partners, meet with patients and providers in the field, and drive market penetration to connect people with life-saving care.

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
• Share market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies

📋 Requirements

• Based in McAllen, TX
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
