📋 Requirements

• University degree with 3-5 years supervisory experience in collections
• Proven success in leading and motivating teams
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong experience in credit and collections with negotiation abilities

• Experience with Netsuite or collections tools like Tesorio
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
