Description

You will guide and coordinate OKR establishment for assigned teams, ensure adherence to agile practices and playbooks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and healthy team dynamics. You'll mentor teams in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP, manage impediments and risks, and align team objectives with business goals.

Requirements

• Less than 3 years as Scrum Master or similar agile role
• Professional degree in Technology, Industrial Engineering, Processes, or related
• Recognized Scrum Master certification
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, Design Thinking)
• General understanding of software architecture, DevOps, and solution lifecycle

• Ensure correct operation of agile methodologies per Play Book and governance
• Facilitate continuous improvement and healthy team culture
• Identify, manage, and escalate impediments, risks, and conflicts
