Description

You will bridge the gap between initial concept and full production by providing design teams with critical insights on manufacturability, assembly, testing, and tooling. You'll lead in-house development of prototype manufacturing equipment, design assembly sequences, and serve as a key stakeholder in scaling manufacturing lines to high-volume production, leveraging virtualization technologies and resolving complex multi-disciplinary issues.

Requirements

• Master's/PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5+ years direct DFM manufacturing experience in fast-paced environments
• Proven expertise in mechanical assembly, electrical integration, sealing, torque tools, testing, automation, and quality control
• Experience with 3D/2D CAD, GD&T, and statistical process control (SPC)
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
