💼 About This Role

You'll deliver in-home ABA therapy to children using techniques under BCBA supervision. You'll collect data and make a meaningful impact on development. Training support for RBT certification is provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Active CPR certification (Required)
• Reliable transportation

• RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain
• Passion for supporting children with special needs
