🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end paid media account strategy and execution.
• Own pacing, optimization, and performance reporting for assigned accounts.
• Lead a small team of Media Managers, delegating and developing skills.
• Identify upselling opportunities and propose new media initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 6-10+ years of paid media experience.
• Experience managing accounts with $100K-$1MM monthly budgets.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic display.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok ad platforms.
• GA4 knowledge.
• Team management experience.
