Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in technology or SaaS
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to create accurate sales forecasts

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop tailored account strategies, including regular check-ins and business reviews
  • Monitor customer usage and drive cross-sell, upsell, and expansion strategies
  • Own sales targets and consistently exceed quotas
