Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to create accurate sales forecasts
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop tailored account strategies, including regular check-ins and business reviews
- Monitor customer usage and drive cross-sell, upsell, and expansion strategies
- Own sales targets and consistently exceed quotas
