You'll join Pantheon's Investment Structuring Team to coordinate transaction execution, including legal negotiations, AML/KYC, and SPV setup. You'll work closely with investment and legal teams to ensure timely, accurate closings. This role offers a transition from legal to commercial work within a leading private markets firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Project manage primary and co-investment transactions
• Advise investment teams on legal terms and trends
• Oversee NDAs, AML/KYC checks, and SPV setup
• Coordinate closing notices and money transfers

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in a legal/paralegal role
• Prior experience with funds and full transaction process
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and transactions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
