You'll drive onboarding, renewals, and upsells while collaborating with Sales and Product teams. This role offers a chance to pioneer our North America expansion and shape the customer success function.

- Manage customer portfolio to drive product adoption and value
- Facilitate seamless onboarding through interactive trainings
- Collect user feedback and share insights with Product teams
- Negotiate contract renewals and drive expansion opportunities
📋 Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Experience in B2B SaaS customer success
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Austin, TX
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team events
