🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all dispensary operations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Drive revenue and profit through effective execution of programs and promotions
• Manage inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance
• Build and retain a high-performing team through coaching and development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience
• At least 5 years in supervisory or management role in retail
• Inventory control experience required
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks
