You'll serve as attending physician and medical director for skilled nursing facilities in Mount Pleasant, MI. You'll collaborate with NPs/PAs and leverage intuitive technology for efficient documentation and flexible scheduling, building trust with vulnerable populations over time. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with NPs and PAs for daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a patient-centered setting.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management and quality initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license (MD/DO).
• Board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.

• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• Familiarity with EHR and voice dictation tools.
• Specialty in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
