💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day policy enforcement by reviewing content, handling escalations, and monitoring risk trends for Spotify's JAPAC team. Your insights will help ensure a safe user experience while improving moderation workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review reported content and conduct timely investigations
• Triage high-priority escalations with internal stakeholders
• Analyze operational data to identify risks and improvements
• Contribute ideas for integrating AI and automation

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or content moderation
• Experience with case management or ticketing systems
• Ability to handle urgent, high-priority cases to resolution
• Proficiency in English (additional SE Asian languages a plus)

• Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
