Description

You will lead the deployment of self-hosted, containerized Celonis solutions in complex enterprise environments, acting as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure successful integration and adoption of the platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a deployment/integration role with 3+ years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes
• Active Government Clearance (Public Trust, Secret or Top Secret) with 18 months-2 years remaining eligibility
• Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution (Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, RedHat OpenShift, etc.)
• Experience implementing infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform); Helm or Kustomize strongly preferred
• Experience with project management and customer-centric approach

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical discussions to analyze customer architecture and recommend optimal containerized solutions
• Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using APIs and internal tools
• Remove technical obstacles to maximize Celonis user adoption and clarify technical risks for stakeholders
• Guide customers on authentication (SSO), user/group management (LDAP), and provisioning best practices
• Promote reusability by discerning between dedicated customer solutions and broader platform enhancements
