🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation of AI solutions and guide users through transition.
• Tailor Tandem to unique clinical environments and workflows.
• Provide user support, resolve issues, and identify product enhancements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering team on product development.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in clinical or social care customer-facing work.
• Exposure to consulting, scaleup, or startup environments.
• Passion for technology and AI, curiosity and enthusiasm.
• Native-level Finnish fluency and excellent English skills.
