Description

You will own and evolve enterprise release strategy, governance, and execution for a mission-critical SaaS platform. You'll lead planning, orchestration, and execution of complex releases, drive continuous improvement through automation, and champion ITIL-aligned change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years in enterprise SaaS SDLC with release management ownership
• 1+ years leading complex concurrent software releases as Senior Release Manager or similar
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment strategies
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Change and Problem Management

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, orchestration, and execution of complex, large-scale SaaS releases
• Serve as primary release authority for go/no-go decisions
• Drive continuous improvement of release processes and automation across SDLC
