💼 About This Role

You'll manage an assigned Carrier book of business, ensuring seamless member enrollments and payments. You'll play a key role in product and service developments that change how consumer health plan needs are met. You'll collaborate with carriers to identify market growth opportunities and support Gravie's strategic goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Nurture existing and establish new carrier relationships to improve enrollment processes.
• Build a carrier knowledge base and collateral for internal teams and clients.
• Create regular meetings and proactive book of business reviews with carriers.
• Maintain feedback loop between stakeholders and carriers to enhance solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with insurance carriers as account manager, sales, or business development.
• Track record of building and fostering internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in team building, process improvement, and relationship management.
• Experience with data analysis to develop actionable insights for carrier strategy.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience extracting and adding information in Salesforce.
• Experience with Tableau dashboard or similar.
• Bachelor's Degree.
