You'll support Airwallex's licensed non-bank payment institution operations in China, ensuring full compliance with PBOC, SAFE, and other PRC requirements. You'll provide regulatory compliance execution and cross-functional coordination to navigate China's complex payment landscape. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support regulatory compliance and risk control for non-bank payment institution operations.
• Monitor and analyze PRC payment and cross-border regulatory policy updates.
• Embed compliance requirements into product, commercial, and operational processes.
• Draft and update internal compliance manuals, policies, and procedures.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of post-qualification regulatory compliance experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in payment services or cross-border RMB/forex.
• Strong analytical, research, and document-drafting skills.
• Proactive engagement with cross-functional teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PBOC and SAFE regulatory filings.
• Knowledge of China's non-bank payment institution licensing.
• Experience in fintech or financial services.
