• Lead workshops to map legacy procurement workflows for AI opportunity
• Define target operating model metrics aligned with board-level goals
• Conduct AI maturity audits across culture, data, and process
• Advise on workforce transformation and AI Centers of Excellence

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale digital transformation at enterprise level
• Deep understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI landscape
• Professional fluency in Source-to-Pay procurement processes
• Executive presence to secure C-Suite buy-in on AI vision
