You'll own one of our product verticals (e.g., HRIS or ATS) end-to-end, leading it from early customers to $1M+ ARR this year. You'll act like a founder, driving strategy and execution for a small autonomous team. This role offers direct revenue ownership with a strong launchpad for future CPO or founder roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own vertical strategy and product roadmap
• Manage incoming sales requests and customer use cases
• Conduct customer interviews and attend industry conferences
• Enable sales and success teams through founder-led sales

📋 Requirements

• Technical understanding from past engineering or close collaboration
• Product management experience with end-to-end ownership
• Ability to prioritize and bring structure to competing demands
• Experience in B2B SaaS or API products
