💼 About This Role

You'll drive top-of-funnel growth for a B2C consumer product, optimizing web funnels from registration to payment. You'll own the full experiment lifecycle, launching and iterating daily. This role offers the chance to lead high-velocity experimentation in a fast-growing tech portfolio company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch and iterate on product experiments daily across the funnel.
• Own and manage the experimentation backlog and prioritization.
• Write clear PRDs and experiment briefs for developer execution.
• Monitor performance and deliver daily/weekly insights and decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of combined product management and growth experience.
• Proven track record optimizing web funnels in B2C.
• At least 1 year in a high-velocity growth environment.
• Hands-on A/B testing experience end-to-end.

✨ Nice to Have

• B2B growth optimization experience.
• Experience with GrowthBook or similar experimentation tools.
