Description

You will manage end-to-end delivery of product releases and projects, bridging product development teams with business stakeholders. You own project planning from discovery through release, enabling teams to ship high-quality features on time and within scope. This role blends classic project management with Agile delivery and stakeholder leadership to ensure seamless planning, execution, and value delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 5+ years managing IT projects in mid-to-large-sized tech environments or 5+ years managing software product projects in Agile environments
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical projects involving SaaS/PaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience leading Agile ceremonies
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with technical teams and executive leadership

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives
• Create and manage integrated project plans, resource allocations, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet
• Lead Agile/hybrid teams through sprint execution, backlog grooming, and continuous delivery
• Drive stakeholder engagement through effective communication, alignment, and transparency
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and blockers impacting scope, schedule, or quality
