You'll work as part of a team with CFGI professionals, Big 4 auditors, and client management on accounting advisory engagements, analyzing financial information and identifying key issues. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare operational due diligence for complex transactions
• Execute accounting projects like carve-outs and integrations
• Prepare financial and regulatory information under SEC rules
• Conduct research and documentation for new ASC standards

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or equivalent CPA/MBA
• 2-5 years of public accounting or industry experience
• Minimum 2 years at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC)
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or CPA certification
• Experience with carve-outs or IPO readiness
• Process improvement project experience
