You'll drive cross-functional finance transformation projects for a global refurbished tech marketplace. You'll partner with Ops, Product, Tech, and Finance to translate operational changes into robust finance flows and modernize the finance stack with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role offers a chance to shape how money moves in a high-growth, mission-driven B Corp.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Ops on new product launches to secure finance impacts.
• Facilitate decisions on process changes aligning Ops, Product, and Finance.
• Define accounting treatments and journal entries for new initiatives.
• Lead projects to modernize finance stack (Microsoft Dynamics 365).

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in finance transformation (tech/marketplace/scale-up or consulting).
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects without formal authority.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
