💼 About This Role

You'll own and manage the product backlog for AI-powered SMS and Email Marketing features, translating strategy into epics and user stories. You'll partner with Data Science to operationalize AI/ML-driven personalization and drive experimentation to improve engagement and revenue. This role offers high autonomy and meaningful product influence on a revenue-critical platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage the product backlog for AI-powered SMS and Email Marketing features
• Translate product strategy into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release execution with Engineering
• Drive experimentation (A/B testing) to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Operations, or Product Analytics
• Strong experience delivering complex, customer-facing software products
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, funnels, and experimentation
• Comfort working with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs and dependencies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in martech, messaging platforms, or enterprise eCommerce ecosystems
• Familiarity with SMS and email delivery systems and personalization technologies
• Working knowledge of React.js front-end architecture
