You'll manage a strategic portfolio of high-value suppliers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal. Your work directly drives retention and revenue impact in a B2B SaaS environment. This role blends account management, retention strategy, and consultative upsell into one high-impact motion.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers with full lifecycle accountability
- Deliver proactive, data-driven outreach using health scores and risk triggers
- Forecast renewals with best/worst/likely modeling and document risks
- Lead renewal and objection-handling conversations with commercial acumen
- Support cross-sell and upsell by aligning supplier needs with product value
๐ Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or renewals
- Proven track record managing a book of business with measurable retention impact
- Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms (ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot)
