  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers with full lifecycle accountability
  • Deliver proactive, data-driven outreach using health scores and risk triggers
  • Forecast renewals with best/worst/likely modeling and document risks
  • Lead renewal and objection-handling conversations with commercial acumen
  • Support cross-sell and upsell by aligning supplier needs with product value

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or renewals
  • Proven track record managing a book of business with measurable retention impact
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms (ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot)

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or compliance-driven environments
