💼 About This Role

You'll join VEG's per diem team to provide emergency veterinary care in a fast-paced ER environment. You'll handle urgent cases, perform surgeries, and communicate directly with pet owners to ensure the best outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer medical questions over the phone
• Perform physical exams, ultrasounds, X-rays, and bloodwork
• Complete diagnoses and create treatment plans
• Perform minor and major emergency surgeries

📋 Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Experience in emergency medicine and emergency surgery (soft tissue)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
